The Presbytery of the James is sponsoring an Older Adult Retreat for Thursday, October 17, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.  The focus is on “Unfinished Business” and will be led by POJ pastor Rev. Jane Govan.  It is a good day of study, discussion, fellowship and enjoyment of the fall at beautiful Camp Hanover.  The cost is $15.00 and registration ends on October 9.  You can register at presbyteryofthejames.org (look to the left of the screen).  The following is a link to the .pdf brochure pictured on the right.  Several of our Laurel members have attended similar events in the past and have appreciated what the event offers.
