This coming Sunday, June 11, we’ll have another “Second Sunday” conversation where members of the congregation get to reflect together on the meaning and application of the morning’s Bible passage. This Sunday we’re looking at Ephesians 6:10-20 where the Apostle Paul advises believers to put on “the whole armor of God” to defend ourselves from the wiles of heavenly evil forces around us.
How do you understand evil in the world? Is it a force a la Star Wars or perhaps like a person, e.g. the Devil? Or is it just a matter of making bad decisions? Join us for a discussion about whether “The devil made me do it” this Sunday, where everyone in worship has a chance to share how God’s Spirit may be speaking to them. Click on the link below to view the study pages in preparation for to reflect on the text for Sunday.
