Five Women small

“Knowing and loving our neighbors as Christ loves us
and together discovering abundant life in him.”

In addition to ministries of worship, mission and Christian nurture, Laurel Church seeks to be a place where everyone can “belong” and have a place at the table.  We believe each of us is created uniquely in God’s image and bears gifts to share with the world: we want to be a safe and helpful place where those gifts may come to life.

The photo above was taken at our annual church picnic in June where together we supped and talked and fished and swam. Such fellowship is an important part of the rhythm of our congregation and also includes opportunities for men and women to come together monthly. We invite you to join us at the church where, as at the Cheers TV tavern, “everybody knows your name.” Check out opportunities for fellowship and other ways to get involved at Laurel on the “Coming Events” page.

Laurel represents a congregation of individuals and families seeking a closer relationship with God and God’s grace and help in daily living. Ours is a  dynamic faith that welcomes questions and recognizes that sometimes we doubt.  Guided by the Holy Spirit, we seek together to work out the Lord’s will for us in our lives — at church, at work, at school, at home and at play.  If we can assist you in your search for hope, healing and purpose in life, please drop by or give us a call!

We usually meet for worship at 10:00 am on Sunday with engaging adult classes beginning at 8:45 am. Please check out other pages on this website to learn more about opportunities at Laurel Church.
